Where Do Your Spin Winnings Actually Go?
A short look at the limits and checks that stand between your winnings and a withdrawal.
Cash-Out Ceiling
Spins taken without a deposit carry a ceiling of NZ$50 on what you may cash out; anything above that stays behind when you request the payout.
That Big Stake Moment
Keep each bet at or below NZ$8 while the wagering runs, because a larger stake can void the winnings you are clearing at that point.
Playthrough Factor
Winnings from the spins must be wagered 45 times before any of it turns into cash, so a modest win asks for a patient run of play.
Winz Casino Holds It as Bonus
Winz Casino credits spin winnings as bonus money at the start, and only the wagering clears the balance into a withdrawable sum.

When the Spins Vanish
Missing Spins, Found Again
The quiet reasons a spin batch disappears, so you can stop assuming the worst.
Close the Other Bonus
One bonus at a time is the rule, so an active welcome or reload deal holds your new spins back; finish or let that bonus lapse first.
Bonus Section Check
Winz Casino places spins in the bonus section of your account rather than handing them over, so open that area and press the claim button there.
Below the Tier, Above It
Winz Casino ties deposit spins to a minimum amount, so a deposit under that tier brings no spins; top up to the stated figure and the batch unlocks.
Wrong Slot, No Spins
Before the named slot, you see nothing, because the spins only display inside that game; open the slot from the offer and the counter appears.
What You Really Get
How Much Are These Spins Really Worth?
Each row multiplies spins by spin value, applies the slot return to reach an expected win, then multiplies that win by the wagering. Treat every figure as an estimate.
Spins, No Deposit
15 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$1.50 → about NZ$1.45 (RTP 96.47%) → NZ$1.45 × 45x = NZ$65.25 · Max NZ$50
Joining Package · Deposit 1
256 × NZ$0.10 = NZ$25.60 → about NZ$24.58 (RTP 96%, average value) → NZ$24.58 × 43x = NZ$1056.94
Monday, Thursday, Sunday · Monday
25 × NZ$0.20 = NZ$5.00 → about NZ$4.80 (RTP 96%, average value) → NZ$4.80 × 25x = NZ$120.00
Tier Spins NZ$100
200 × NZ$0.20 = NZ$40.00 → about NZ$38.40 (RTP 96%, average value) → NZ$38.40 × 35x = NZ$1344.00
First Five Minutes
How Your Spins Reach the Reels
Winz Casino keeps the sequence short, so nothing sits waiting while your code expires.
Your E-mail Is the Key
Sign up with your e-mail address, since that is the identifier you will log in with, and give accurate details so later checks go smoothly.
The Bonus Field First
Type the code in the bonus field before you deposit, because a code entered afterwards usually cannot be attached to a payment already made.
Mind the Payment Method
Pay in at least the offer minimum using Visa, Mastercard, POLi or another listed method, since Skrill is excluded on code offers.
One Named Slot
Load the exact slot the offer names, because spins stay tied to that game and will not open on any other title.
Winz Casino Friday
Pick Your Deposit, Count the Spins
Every Friday the ladder applies on Pirots 2: NZ$20 gives 50 spins, NZ$50 gives 100 and NZ$100 gives 200, all at 0.20.
18+Winz Casino keeps a tight set of named slots for spins, so you always know the reels before you claim.

The cap on winnings is the worry most players bring here first, and it has a plain reason.
trustDo I need to deposit to lift the cap on the spins?+
Because those spins cost you nothing to claim, the casino puts a ceiling on what they can turn into. The 15 Fruit Party spins carry a maximum cashout of NZ$50, and anything above that stays behind when you withdraw. The winnings also sit as bonus money until you meet the 45x wagering.
trustWhy do I see 256 spins in the welcome offer?+
A total of 256 spins is the most you can hold at once, and they come with the 124% welcome package up to NZ$1,550. To reach that count you make your first deposit of at least NZ$15 with the code WINZWELCOME124. Smaller play brings smaller spin counts.
trustWhat if I find spins with no wagering at all?+
If a no-wagering spin offer existed, you would claim it and cash out whatever you won. Here it does not: each offer carries wagering, from 30x to 45x, and the birthday spins (20 at a zero wager) are the only ones with nothing to turn over.
trustDo I need to check the licence before playing?+
The Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licenses the casino under number ALSI-249858, held by Winz Casino LLC. Do I need to check it before depositing? It is a simple reference to confirm if you want the paperwork in hand, and the audit comes from BMM Testlabs and iTech Labs.
trustWhere do my spin winnings end up after wagering?+
Where winnings go once wagering clears is your cash balance, and withdrawals start at NZ$38 up to NZ$61,000. Requests are typically paid in 22 minutes, after a verification that takes about 37 hours. Skrill deposits are excluded from some spin offers, so pick another method if you plan to withdraw.
At any point you may walk away from a spin offer; nothing obliges you to deposit further or to chase the wagering. Tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Gambling Helpline New Zealand, the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and Gamblers Anonymous New Zealand all offer free support.
Self-exclusion. A block on your account for a chosen stretch of time, during which no play or deposit goes through.
Loss limits. A ceiling on what a session or a day may cost you, with a reminder when you near it.
Deposit limits. A cap on how much you can pay in over a day, a week or a month.
